Publish Mode Basics

Download PDF, Word or Markdown, prepare sharing text, and finish a writing session.

Open Publish when you are ready to use your writing outside BlueTip.

Download your document

Choose PDF, Word (DOCX) or Markdown in the export panel. Wait for the download to finish, then open the file to check its content and formatting.

The panel also provides copy and print actions. If a download or clipboard operation fails, use its retry or fallback controls.

Exporting marks the document as published in BlueTip. It does not post the document to an external website.

Prepare text for sharing

Use the excerpt and social-text fields to prepare a short introduction to your piece. You can write these yourself or request an AI suggestion.

Review the generated text, edit it, and save it. Check that it accurately describes your final draft, especially after later revisions. These fields prepare copy for you to use elsewhere.

Finish the session

The first successful export can show a completion panel with optional writing-break activities. You can skip or close it. Exporting the same document again does not require completing an activity.

Share for feedback

To ask another person to review your writing inside BlueTip, use Feedback and its invitation controls. Reader feedback is separate from downloading a file or preparing a social post.

Before sending

Open the downloaded file and check the title, paragraphs, links and any images. Choose the format your recipient needs.
